  • Pacific Builders is a 30-year-old Dallas-Fort Worth interiors construction firm that builds dynamic high-end office spaces in one of the country’s fastest-growing metropolitan areas. The firm’s work in the interiors-construction space spoke for itself with successful high-profile corporate clients. And while client retention was high, brand awareness in the marketplace was low and desired to expand their partner base and inject a healthy dose of enthusiasm just ahead of its 30th anniversary celebration.

  • Facilitating a brand workshop with company leadership, consensus around a new brand platform was achieved and used to guide the marketing strategy. With that foundation in place, development began on a new corporate identity including, a new logo, business cards, letterhead and RFP templates. The company website was redesigned and launched, featuring new cases studies and a new SEO strategy. To further bring the brand to life and support the company’s culture, engaging branded environment installations were integrated throughout their new office space.

  • With a refreshed brand, Pacific Builders continues to make a mark with its target audience – architects, brokers, construction managers and commercial tenants. The company regularly receives compliments from key stakeholders and business partners on its new brand. It also benefits from ongoing social and email campaigns with open rates ranging at least 12 percent higher than the industry average of 17.6 percent and up to 33 percent higher than the industry average.

Designed a templated pick-n-pull system with pre-populated content to cut down on RFP turn times. Collaborated with the in-house team on hardware and onboarded them until self-sufficient.

Created a series of teaser, launch and post launch emails to build awareness.

Branding the Environment

Helped establish core values and unique treatments to bring key aspects of the brand and culture to life. Phase 2 will include a dimensional timeline running up the perimeter of the staircase.
